1.3. Fonybox clearly discloses the type of data collected and how it is used in its Privacy Policy, which is accessible both within the app and on the app listing on the Play Store.

1.4. All collected data is encrypted in transit (via HTTPS) and stored on secure servers managed by trusted third-party cloud providers like Google Firebase.

1.5. Users can delete their account and data at any time through the app's settings section, in compliance with data deletion requirements.

1.6. Fonybox provides users with options to control access to microphone, notifications, and storage, and does not access permissions unless explicitly granted.

2.1. Fonybox only requests permissions that are essential for core functionality. These include:

Microphone: To allow users to record and upload voice content.

Storage/Gallery : Only if users choose to upload a profile photo.

Notifications: To inform users of activity related to their content.

2.2. All permissions are requested using Android's runtime permission system, and the app continues to function if non-critical permissions are denied.

2.3. The use of each permission is clearly explained in context, and no background permission abuse is performed.

3.1. Fonybox is designed as a voice-sharing social platform and strictly prohibits hate speech, violence, sexual content, nudity, bullying, impersonation, fake news, or harassment.

3.2. The app uses a combination of automated content moderation (AI models) and manual review to detect and block content that violates the platform or Google's policies.

3.3. Users can report content that violates rules, and a moderation team reviews flagged content within 24 hours.

3.4. Community Guidelines are made publicly accessible and are enforced consistently to maintain a safe platform for all users.

4.1. Fonybox does not contain or distribute malware, spyware, trojans, or any other form of harmful code.

4.2. The app does not interfere with, damage, or access other apps, operating system features, or user data.

4.3. Fonybox does not engage in deceptive behaviors, hidden advertisements, or background services unrelated to core functionality.

4.4. No external downloads, APK installations, or unauthorized app updates are initiated from the app.

5.1. If ads are shown, they will comply with Google's Families Ads Program and be appropriate for all users, especially if the app targets general audiences.

5.2. Ads will never cover core functionality, and users will never be forced to click ads to proceed.

5.3. Ads are clearly distinguishable from user-generated content, and ad SDKs used (e.g., AdMob) will comply with Google's ad-serving requirements and data policies.

6.1. The app title, description, promotional text, and screenshots are accurate and clearly describe the app's functionality, with no misleading claims or promotion of fake features.

6.2. All metadata including screenshots, preview videos, and icons are created to reflect the actual experience within Fonybox.

6.3. The store listing does not contain keyword stuffing, misleading testimonials, or references to other brands without authorization.

7.1. Fonybox has selected the appropriate Target Audience (13+) during Play Console setup.

7.2. The content rating was completed using the Google Play Content Rating Questionnaire, and all listed features are aligned with the resulting age rating.

7.3. Fonybox does not knowingly collect data from children under 13 and complies with COPPA and relevant child protection laws.

8.1. Fonybox is a fully functional, original app with user-generated features and dynamic audio interaction.

8.2. It is not a duplicate of any other app, not created using auto-generating app builders, and does not display repetitive or poor-quality content.

8.3. The app does not incentivize fake ratings, reviews, or installs and follows fair promotion practices.

9.1. Fonybox does not request or track location in the background. If used in the future, it will be disclosed with a clear purpose and permission.

9.2. All background data processes, if introduced later, will be limited, disclosed, and compliant with Google's background location policies.

10.1. Sharkbone India Network Pvt Ltd is committed to maintaining a high-quality developer account by following all Play Store requirements and responding to violations promptly.

10.2. The development team commits to keeping Fonybox updated with the latest Android SDK, permissions changes, security requirements, and accessibility standards.

10.3. We maintain active support and compliance documentation and respond to user and Play Console queries within reasonable timelines.
